Our teams work agile – corresponding to the SCRUM methodology. Each project is divided to so called Sprints – regular time intervals Each Sprint includes:
- Analysis, GUI Prototyping
- Programming
- Tests
- Code delivery Each sprint takes from 2 up to 4 weeks – depending on project specific character, and ends with customer acceptance It enables the customer to have constant insight into project progress and to influence the development process.
